
QUICK TIP: NO SCREENS
The blue light given off by the LCD screens that are ubiquitous and ever-present in our lives, whether they be on a computer, a television, or a phone, is highly detrimental to our sleep. It confuses our internal body clock into thinking its daytime and we should be awake, thus disrupting our circadian rhythm.
NO SCREENS WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF GETTING IN BED!
To avoid temptation, it is best to institute a no screens in the bedroom policy.
